Eric Wetherington

Eric has over 30 years of experience in the insurance, financial services, and real estate industries. He built and led a large property management company in South Carolina, culminating in his service as National President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Recognizing a need for specialized insurance products within the property management sector, Eric collaborated with Your Renters Insurance Group to develop innovative offerings that benefit both property managers and their residents. These products are now utilized by property management companies nationwide, enhancing client value and generating new revenue streams.

Eric and his wife, Leigh, reside outside of Charleston, SC, where they enjoy outdoor activities, church involvement, and travel.
